Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The manuscript falls within the aim and scope of the Iraqi Journal of Physics.
- The manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal.
- The submission file is prepared in Microsoft Word format (doc. or docx.), using the official IJP article template.
- The authors should clearly disclose any AI or AI-assisted tools used in preparing the manuscript, including the name of each tool, the purpose for which it was used, and the specific sections or paragraphs where it was used.
- The completed and signed copyright and license agreement must be uploaded as a separate file during the application process by filling out the copyright form. Applications that do not include this form will not be subject to editorial review.
- If the authors have a fund, include a funding statement identifying all financial support received for the research. If no funding was received, this is stated explicitly.
- The conflict of interest statement is essential and must be included. Any actual or potential conflict should be disclosed; otherwise, the authors declare that no conflict of interest exists.
- Where the research involves humans, animals, biological samples, or confidential personal data, the relevant ethical number and informed-consent statement are provided through Human and Animal Research Ethics.
- A data availability statement should be included, indicating where the supporting data can be accessed or explaining any justified restrictions.
- The authors should read and accept the journal's Publication Ethics, Copyright and Licensing, Peer Review, and Publication Fee policies.
- The authors should suggest three qualified reviewers who have no conflict of interest or recent collaboration with the authors.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 License that allows others to share the work, provided they acknowledge the work’s authorship and its initial publication in this journal.
